This policy explains what information DISHA SHARMA ("we") collects when you use dishasharmacoach.com or our mobile apps, and how we use and protect it. By using our services you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and country.
  • Contact details — phone number when you register for the masterclass or provide it to us.
  • Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount and currency. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — payments are processed by Razorpay, PayPal, Apple or Google on their secure systems.
  • Session bookings — your chosen time, timezone and Zoom join details.
  • Community activity — posts, comments and reactions you share in the members' community.
  • Usage & device data — pages visited, course progress, cookies, and (in the app) a notification token if you allow notifications.
  • Marketing attribution — if you arrive from an ad or link, we may record its source (e.g. utm tags) to understand what works.

2. How we use it

  • To create your account, deliver courses, sessions and community access.
  • To process payments and send purchase confirmations and receipts.
  • To send service emails — booking confirmations, session reminders, membership expiry reminders, password resets.
  • To send occasional promotional emails about our programs — you can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
  • To improve our content, website and apps.
  • To comply with law, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our platform, and only as needed:

  • Payments: Razorpay, PayPal, Apple, Google.
  • Live sessions: Zoom (your name/email appear on the meeting invitation).
  • Calendar invites & login: Google (if you sign in with Google or receive calendar invites).
  • Email delivery: our email provider (Resend) to send the emails described above.
  • Video hosting & app notifications: secure video streaming and push-notification providers.

These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like currency) and understand how the site is used. You can decline cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and purchasing may not work without them.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your information while your account exists and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (some purchase records must be retained where the law requires).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is restricted to those who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously and review our safeguards regularly.

7. Your rights

  • Access, correct or update your details (most can be edited in your account).
  • Ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
  • Opt out of marketing at any time — service emails (receipts, booking confirmations) will still be sent.

To exercise any right, email us — we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
