Welcome! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DISHA SHARMA ("Disha Sharma Coach", "we", "us"). They apply to our website, mobile apps, courses, memberships, live sessions, community and coaching services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.

2. What we offer

  • Free Masterclass — a free recorded/live class accessible after registration.
  • Manifestation Circle — the complete Manifestation Course, weekly live practice circles and access to our members' community.
  • Inner Circle — everything in the Manifestation Circle plus private 1:1 coaching sessions with Disha.

All paid memberships are one-time payments valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout. They do not auto-renew. When your year ends, access ends unless you purchase again.

3. Accounts

  • Your account is personal. Do not share your login or allow others to use your membership.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms (see section 9).

4. Payments & pricing

  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India/INR), PayPal (other currencies), or Apple/Google in-app purchase in our mobile apps. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown before you pay and may change at any time for future purchases. Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, may expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. 1:1 coaching sessions (Inner Circle)

  • Sessions are held online over Zoom and booked through the Sessions page in your account.
  • You may reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 2 hours before the start time. Cancelling returns the session credit to your account.
  • Missing a session ("no-show") or cancelling late forfeits that session.
  • Session credits must be used within your membership year and have no cash value.

6. Your content & community rules

  • Be kind and respectful in the community. No harassment, hate speech, spam, self-promotion or solicitation of other members.
  • Do not share other members' personal information or private discussions outside the community.
  • We may remove content or restrict community access at our discretion to keep the space safe.

7. Intellectual property

  • All course videos, workbooks, audios, text, designs and other materials are owned by Disha Sharma and protected by copyright.
  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the materials for your own use during your membership.
  • You may not download (except where a download is provided), copy, record, screen-capture, share, resell, or publish any material. Doing so is a serious breach and may lead to immediate termination without refund and legal action.

8. Not professional advice

Our programs are educational and coaching-based. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, tax or legal advice, and are not a substitute for treatment or professional consultation. Please read our Disclaimer. Individual results vary — we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income or result.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms — for example account sharing, piracy of course content, abusive behaviour in the community or towards our team, or payment fraud/chargebacks made in bad faith.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party services (payment gateways, video hosting, Zoom, app stores) or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
